Yes, but Hulbert himself admits he doesn't count the QQQ advice that hurts the results of paying customers. What good is Hulbert if he doesn't count major buying advice that Brinker's managed funds got and Brinker recommended sticking with month after month in the newsletter as the QQQs fell from $87 to under $20? Please note: In late 2000, Brinker forecasted a several-month bear market rally and recommended an investment in the NASDAQ 100 Index—a trade that turned out quite unprofitably.
