Keiko: Right, except as all relatively small cap guys on the acquisition trail,-- they(ITXX) have to watch the accretive/dilutive balance. One assumes that today was an accretive hit as guaged by the market reaction. However- so few details have been given in the announcement that we should be demanding more details than we got in order to keep a heads up profile.
