Do you think standard Wall Street analysts work for FREE? <big laugh> Merrill Lynch is just as much a "paid tout" when they cover companies, the only difference is they don't disclose all the underwriting fees, etc. they get from companies.

As to the stock grant, you're saying no other public companies pay investment banking fees or give stock and/or options to management?

Do you have any knowledge of this particular company or are you just out on a vendetta? So far, you haven't impressed me with your "facts".
