I sent an email to AES Computers which is using the IDT C6 processor in their systems. This is their response -

Yes, we will be using the Winchip C6 in new machine builds. We do not
usually make "standard configurations", we build all machines to customer specifications, so you could purchase a machine with whatever component set you choose.

Currently, we are placing the C6 chips in the Shuttle HOT-565 motherboard (based on the Intel TX chipset), which is $125. The chips themselves are $95 for the 180Mhz version, and $150 for the 200Mhz version. We can place these boards and chips in whatever memory, hard drive, and peripheral configuration needed.

Please keep an eye on our web site, as we will be updating it with a
special section on the C6 chip at some point in the near future.
