Hi Frank, I remember you posted here a couple of times about two or three years ago. I'm glad you have hung in there.

I don't want to give you a quick and simple answer right now. I want to give you a more nuanced response than I have time for right now. I'll give you a detailed response as to what I think and why in a few days... it may have to wait until this weekend.

For the mean time, forget that you spent $3 on the warrants (OUCH!). That is a sunk cost and it should have no influence on whatever decision you make in the future. An intelligent course of action for the future would be the same whether you spent 10 cents or 10 dollars for the warrants. The only thing the price that you paid for the warrants will effect is whether you end up declaring a capital gain or loss on your income taxes. If you are a bit unclear about the concept of sunk costs I will try to clarify it later.
