Just tried it again and it went. Had some trouble on the reboot. Initially none of my icons would show up on the home page. Restarted 3/4 times and they finally came to life. Everything seems to work fine. Don't have a clue what the problem is on the other one, a Sony Viao laptop. Tried 3 times. Always makes it about halfway through and just says it failed. Don't recall if there is an error message. Frustrating.
