Dave, We traded approx 76,600 shares today. Split that amount in 1/2 due to the nature of the Nasdaq trading system and you have approx 37,000 shares bought and sold today by non-mmkrs. (this is just a guess.. mmkrs can sell to each other as well and really screw up the count.) I have spoken to a couple of shareholders this evening, one of which suggested that one of his associates had been faced with a margin call and forced to sell. I also heard that one shareholder may have been selling over the past two days and looking for greener pastures as a motivation. All in all, we have relatively light volume which does not signal panic selling. In one hypothesis, and it is only that, we could have a group of Mmkrs selling to one another in order to generate volume while shorting the stock to drop the price. Artificial volume combined with a price decrease is always a plausible scenario. How about it L2 and Long Mark?? What was your analysis of today's action?? I have far more individuals telling me that they see these prices as a buying opportunity. (Anyone need me to post the messages as proof?? <g>) Regards, Ron
