"I think revenues are going to go crazy"

Let's see:

1) AOL valued at over 2.4 billion $
2) AOL won't even have positive earnings at least for next 2 quarters
3) AOL competing with all the ISPs plus cable and phone companies
4) AOL competing with Microsoft which has redone MSN completely and plans on $100 million advertising blitz
5) AOL currently valued at 70 p/e and the "e" part will shrink
6) AOL rated "strong buy" by H&Q which projects > $70 target price
7) AOL will compete with WebTV (has its own e-mail, access)
8) AOL may compete with internet-enabled TVs in future

What is wrong with this picture?
