Now what?? This morning after booting up, I followed my usual routine of clicking Thunderbird to check my e-mail then clicking Firefox to go to SI. PROBLEM. Firefox put up a small profile box showing a "default" profile (the only one). It also put up a message telling me the default profile was already in use and I needed to create a new profile. I rebooted, hoping this would just go away, but it didn't.

I killed Thunderbird as it was the only other thing open on the machine. Firefox would not let me in. So, I clicked "create a new profile" and named it Ken. Now Foxfire lets me in alright, but without all my previous bookmarks, etc.

How can I undo this mess and get back where I was when I shut down yesterday? Help please!
