Dr.Id, Well, I've enough cash for one more substantial buy in VTSS. It's showing up on Value Line's "Worst Performers - Last 13 Weeks" list (page 33) these days. That means it's been bashed pretty hard.

Also of note is that 20 of the 41 Worst Performers are from the semi, tech and software area of the economy. That spells Sector Rotation to me. With speculation quite low right now, it is probably not a bad time to be bargain hunting in that sector.
