"E" on the end of the symbol means they've been delisted by NASDAQ for non-compliance (could be accounting, could be minimum assets, etc). I believe they have 90 days or some such time period to get themselves into compliance. Sort of like they are on probation. After 90 days, if no compliance, there might be some sort of appeal or double-secret probation period, and after that, they are dropped from NASDAQ.
