I'll answer honestly again exactly the same way that I already have several times:

I'm am not a mind-reader, nor do I have any inside knowledge of these matters (assume the same goes for you), so my working assumption is the same that I have that goes for all these other Presidents and would-be Presidents that I mentioned: I ASSUME that there must be political ADVANTAGE in it.
