As others have said on receipt of this "honor", that's cool.
But my numbers were wrong and need reworking based on the most recent 3Com PR concerning the D-ratio and employee options. There are many more COMS employee options outstanding than I had previously thought. I'll post the numbers when I've redone them. My overall conclusion - little effect in the next few weeks - is unchanged.
