Despite the stock being a non-performer for a few years now, I was surprised at how poorly the shareholders meeting was attended. I did not expect a standing-room only crowd but when the management outnumbered the minority shareholders, something is wrong.

I really don't see this stock going anywhere for the simple reason that it is still a small player in the human resources industry. Size counts in this arena, not just in term of marketing mindshare but also operational efficiency as well. Alas, my impression is that this company is too timid in its approach to acquisitions.

I'm getting rid of my shares.
