Shiva is the easiest to setup, adminster, and own remote access host and network dialout router/shared modem I have ever used. I have used just about ALL of them. As a network engineer that is my job. It supports ISDN and other protocols. Excellent people work at the company as well. I don't work for them but I wish I had taken their offer a year ago! Scott
