Colleen,

Funny, I spoke with Brian Wilmot again about two days ago. I addressed some silly things concerning their not so up-to-date website, who they are paying someone to manage. I also asked about Swan Lake. Brian said that eagle has again resubmitted a bid. I don't feel like calling the trustees again but here is their number if you would like to:

The firm of "Blah, Blah, Blah & Askinay" (?Spelling?)
Houston, TX 713-759-0818
Talk to either Mr. Wayne Kitchens
or David Askinay (Ask-in-ay)
I was referred to them as the trustees by a legal assistant at the
Texas Attorney General's office.
Both Mr. Kitchens and Mr. Askinay have spoken quite openly with me about the property, time permitting. I am just tired of calling them every few months. Give them a call and they will tell you who has bids in on the property. It would be good to get another persons perspective.

Mr. Wilmot said that the company is moving forward with other products like their water purifying systems and portable plasm units rather than concentrating all of their efforts on Swan Lake. According to Wilmot, the trustees have cut deals and then change the deal when it comes time to close. Whatever.

That is all I know right now. So we are tentatively on again.

Aloha

Eric
