Why would a company proceed a merger when its stock was at almost
52-week low? TO MAXIMIZE SHARE DILUTION? It is so absurd that I really
doubt the competency of the CFO/VP-Finance who allowed this to happen.
(I'll remember never to hire this CFO/VP-Finance to work in the Finace
Dept. of my company!!!)
