Hi Jenny,

It's a good question that I need a brokerage expert to tell us, however I do know that as part of putting the original NDT package together Yorkton were the beneficiary of "peanut cost" shares which they could dump on the market at any time and make money. I'm guessing but I suspect that they got the rights to approx 5 million shares at 35 cents at a time when they went to market at 3.75.

There's where NDT comes into play, NDT knows the condition of the placement, they are thankful for the BS money and will never say anything bad about the initiating brokerage company, I wouldn't either.

regards, Terence Mitchell

PS. I've never looked at the "minute net position" I assume it may have something to do with their current or instantaneous "buy/sell" position
