I have heard from reliable sources this evening that it is the Cisco Stratacom hardware and has nothing to do with Ascend equipment. Rest easy, it will be difficult ride while this gets ironed out. But I feel comfortable that we are not the problem, and hopefully ASND can provide the solution. Dennis
