Yes, a motto------is "keep it simple". So much time wasted annually on tax preparation.

I was trained by the Block brothers in Omaha while my husband worked in defense.

The tax code was simple then. Now it is so complex that it will not fit into that single
book ------about 2 or 3 inch by 12 inch.

In 2014 as I helped my brother, rsp, the last person I spoke with apologized because he
couldn't give me the info I needed over the phone-------he was ready to quit his job.
