Tim, In short.... 1. Management Lied to shareholders... 2. Cooked the books, stuffed the channels... 3. Got sued class action style, (gee - who pushed that into action?)... 3. Tried to blame their problems on Mark Roberts, (Off Wall Street), and myself, and sued us for $90 Million... 4. Tried to buy a bunch of crap companies in a last ditch effort to hide their accounting fraud in the process... 5. Ran out of money... 6. Ran out of ways to hide their accounting fraud from their auditor... And somehow the fine research of Mark Roberts and <me? naw>, saw this, months ago, while Robert Stevens Banc Boston's paid prostitues were still putting out buy rec's on this crappy company, thus sucking in hundreds of investors who subsequently lost their asses. dljdirect.com What a story huh? 60ish days ago Robbie Stevens is calling this a crap company a "BUY" now the stock is down 90% ROFL!! IMO Robbie Stevens should be sued. The writing was clearly on the wall... I think I'll call my favorite attorney and talk to him bout that...
