Hey Jim: Yes, they will do a placement. I think they have enough positive news in hand to make that happen fairly easily. I hear that the information letter that comes to registered shareholders is pretty upbeat and that might spur some market action for the rights. Also the warrants have the flow through option, which will give a better tax break and might encourage some people to exercise the rights even though they are out of the money at the time. Who knows if tonights scouting reports come in positive this thing might just take off! Later Keith
