sec.gov I"m not into all the technical aspects of their new software business venture. Maybe somebody on this thread is??? I found it interesting that they are planning to purchase a company to provide a high performance controller, for their network attached storage system. Whose the company and where is tricord getting the capital??? Secondly, it seems that tricord might be in some high cotton competition with the other companies in this software field. Thirdly, I'm a little concerned who they mean in the litagation part, "a company whose patents they may be infringing upon?????? Just my thoughts. Could be a long wait for return to profitability at Tricord. jcmoore
