It could be a timing issue. Maybe George Goos Lake could be put into production sooner (closer to infrastructure) then the cash flow from it could be used for Hope Bay. I have seen other companies with big projects take on others to fill up a development pipeline. I have not spent much time on Miramar lately, so It's just a wild guess.
