Bill - As I said, you need to check the trend. Here is the
FIRST PARAGRAPH from the November 15 earnings report. It states a
loss of only .05 per share last quarter vs .15 per share in the 2nd
quarter last year, with many new profitable partners coming on board
in this quarter ending December 31:

" FAIRFIELD, Conn., Nov. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- DCI TELECOMMUN of
Fairfield, Connecticut, a public company today reported net loss of
$183,936 for the quarter ended September 30, 1996 versus net loss of
$292,464 for the 1995 second quarter. On a per share basis, net loss
was ($0.05) in the most recent quarter compared with ($0.15) in the
year- ago second quarter, a 66 percent improvement. For the first six
months net loss totaled $324,791 or ($.09) per share versus $553,475
or ($0.29) per share in the same period in 1995."

Micro-cap stocks are valued on future earnings, not current earnings.
Hate to tell you this Bill, but you may finally have a winner in
your portfolio if you hang on a while.

Good luck Bill, I think you deserve to have a winner once in a
while.
