Obviously this is a very angry person whose venom turns self-destructive, as long-term constructive contributors to this thread publicly declare that they are ignoring him.

Angry is probably correct. You're not angry about this performance? Venom self-destructive? Its more cathartic. Except for Marcus, he's just too easy.

Ignore me? Fine. But I have plenty of private messages stating they are afraid of posting because Marcus might hunt them down too. Yes, Marcus, you appear to have quieted comments because of your threats. Who wants to quote and be threatened with being tracked down? Its easier to let evil win.

If we want to discuss the merits of this stock then lets do so.

1. Is this company's management incompentent or competent. Please provide examples. I vote incompetent:
i. No independent board
ii. Poor stock performance
iii. Lack of competent PR
iv. Apparent inability to delegate at the top
v. Failure to deliver proxies on time
vi. Investments (Arlington's Heros) almost opening and closing on the same day
This is just across the top. Please anyone feel free to argue the opposite position with historical examples

2. Does this company appear to be headed in the right direction?
i. No investments recently have paid off.
ii. We hear the same story about profitability as last year at the same time (check messages)
iii. We are now saying look at how much we will make if it goes to .30. But most are in for far more

Thats a good start.
