I would just like to publically state that I always appreciate the posts by Arcane Lore and there have been times I have responded to him/her privately concerning them. Arcane always provides good information regarding the subject at hand. It would be nice to see RMIL open for trading but as you state it doesn't seem likely in light of the fact that they have not been able to provide current financials to the marketmaker.
