Harry, Ramsey, it seems to be more than just MSFT/WINTEL vs SUNW.

Never mind the Java technology ownership. It is the IDEA that
it can run ANYWHERE that causing the trouble. MSTF/WINTEL will not
like to see that to happen.

If SUNW loses, majority of the public lose. It's a fair game to
compete on technology. It's not a fair game to have someone trying
to wrestle the technology from you due to monopoly.

We (well, who are we) need open-Java, not MSFT-Jave. We must have
ALTERNATIVE. Hmm, this smells so BAD and I wish SunW and whoever
embrace an alternative (CHOICE) a lot of luck. Surprise MSFT can do
things like that and get away from it. Someone in the government
might be heavy MSFT investors.
