You haven't and almost certainly can not demonstrate "ALL" without a limiter like "demographic". Its simply too broad, and in fact is probably false, even if it the point only doesn't hold one time out of a billion.

All of which is a distraction from the point that even if every trend had a countless number of fluctuations the trend itself is not the fluctuation. So assuming for the sake of argument your point about fluctuations was true, you'd still be wrong in the broader argument.
