Robert; Easy to use = appliance, hard to use =PC, but cheaper. I make no money from Macs or PCs, and so I am neutral here, but I want to keep the apple going. Inessence it is a price driven market with some liking Apples and some Wintels, and once they are on one they stay there as they do not want to study how to do all the stuff they know now all over again. No-one believes the other is as good as his own, so impasse=price driven. Interesting article in Business week about Apple and prospects, a bit negative about future but better than most. Bill
