I believe you are correct on the short positions. They will need to be closed out. A new cuspid will be issued for all new stock after the reverse and symbol change. When RGNO did it the stock went up. If ACII comes out with good breaking news along with the split we should see higher prices. If they daudle we may be hung out to dry......
