Scott, -- Dam! Dam! Dam! You know my position in CAWS. This is the second company that I own that faces the same type of law suit. Am I just lucky or what? I recently received a copy of the suit against the other company and after reading it; came to the conclusion that only a fool would have bought into the lies and hype of the company. I hope that this is not a repeat. Information from the law firm, (not CAWS, the other company) reveals the following: 1) this type of an action can take up to 2 years or longer, 2)the suit has to first be accepted by the court, 3) a large part of the money awarded, if ever, goes to the law firm, 4) the best an investor can get is like .50 on the dollar and this is the high side - low is .10 or zip! I just love kissing another $15,000 goodby! God Dam!
