Good points to ponder; but RACE already has a float of almost 12 million before the new dilution hits. Reminds me a bit of TAVA except RACE has much lower revenue. It can never be squeezed too far for long because there is just too much stock floating around in the hands of people who want to cash out. Did you notice the shares outstanding? They have tripled year over year.

I may put in an order to short at 8 and see if that fills as a starter position. The long-term story is a given.
