SwampFox6, hey I forgot all about the capital losses I will be able to take this year 97, I am like you, it goes into a keep file for taxes purposes, I hope this is the only one that I feel pain on..but I was aware of the risk when I bought, so it is no big deal, you win some you lose some, as long as I can win more then I lose it's fun..I knew that when you buy cheap stock this is want can happen, but again it could have just as easy went the other way, no pain no gain.. If I hear anything else on PTUSA, or PTUSAQ, I will give you a ring. Good luck on any future endeavors. Gary
