Todays News on PSDI A letter from Sean Daly, president of Tower Hill Holdings to David Sample CEO of PSDI Fellows While the long term record of PSDI is indeed impressive, your recent performance and stock price I find very disturbing...As a shareholder I would very much encourage you to take some action to enhance share holder value through either an open market share repurchase or Dutch auction. You have ample cash and marketable securities to finance a meaningful repurchase. For example, if you were to tender for five percent of the outstanding shares at twenty dollars you would still have, according to our calculations, over thirty-five million in cash and marketable securities.
