Don't know Bob! You would think because they are in Bolivia, that this would be the best time of the year to have an aggressive drill progam in place. Management has great properties, but lacks direction and money. Until such time the management gets off its "laurels", and implements such a drill program, the stock price will remain stagnant. Eventually, those who were looking to flip the stock, will have sold to those who know the potential of these properties,and the bleeding will stop. Hopefully then, management will have the money to drill, which will translate into an appreciable increase in share price without much volume. Probably won't happen until the New Year.
