UBS UPGRADE - $50 Target (from Yahoo Board) 06:32 QCOM Qualcomm upgraded to Buy at UBS; tgt raised to $50 (37.08 ) UBS upgrades QCOM to Buy from Neutral and raises tgt to $50 from $45. Firm believes product cyclical growth of 3G technologies creates an opportunity for mkt growth and presents a compelling investment opportunity as well, even though secular growth in the developed GSM and CDMA 1x mkts appears to be largely over. They consider QCOM among the cos best positioned to benefit from product cyclical growth in 3G technologies.
