The General Instrument announcement is not negative. The announcement is for a video compression encoder that does incorporate VSB as past of the overall product. GI developed the compression tech with ATT as part of the Grand Alliance. This is a positive as it is another player entering the market with a commercial product for the broadcasters to choose in order to get the ball rolling quicker. Scott
