John, We ordered several Gateways and never had a problem with the hardware or the support. I used a GATE at work until last year. I bought my second PC from GATE and had a very positive experience. Just another viewpoint. BTW, I like DELL, GATE, and MUEI (Micron) machines but over the past 12 months I have become partial towards Micron machines. FF
