In regards to DIXS, I hope that TMex is not doing what is being alleged. On the last rally when he did his load up, tonga wanga dance, it would appear that he was selling into the buying that he created on the Internet. If this is not accurate, and I hope it is not, please clarify TMex.
But if it is, not only is it unethical, it is illegal. The SEC is on a witchhunt right now looking to nail on-line toutmeisters.
I'm sure some of you are aware of the SEXI debacle where an Internet tout sheet, SGA Goldstar, was saying "pounding the table buy" while the principals were selling. They were given free stock from the company to help perpetuate the fraud and sold their stock into the buying they were creating with their recommendation. Ted Melcher, owner of SGA, is now serving 18 months in a Federal prison for securities fraud.
If he is not aware of this I hope that he seeks counsel as he is now in the same seat as Melcher since he is receiving $29.95 from "subscribers". TMex seems like an astute guy so I'm sure he knows what he is doing. IF he is doing what alot of people are alleging, it will only be a matter of time before the chickens come home to roost. Say it isn't so TMex......
