DJ, great observation - nice chart set-up. One needs to be extremely flexible in not being cemented into one-sided position in this market. Otherwise, potential profits erode into losses. This is guerrilla market warfare. Take what the market gives you. Yesterday the DOW is up and NDX and SPX down big. Today the other way around. I am extremely leary of this market right now although 50% long in rydex. We may invert and hit a cycle high right into the 12th and go back down from there into the end of the month. Warning pre-announcement season is soon commencing... I am looking for re-entry into rydex XAU into the full moon 13th... Best Regards, J.T.
