President and CEO Spencer Krumholz, stated: "With the combined operations of our recently acquired wholly owned subsidiaries Low Glow and B&B Associates, Mr. Wiener will be taking over the responsibility for the day to day operations, which will allow me and the rest of the management team to focus on generating new revenue and maintaining existing accounts."

He became COO for the Madison Triboro Group Inc. where he designed and built a 50,000 square foot factory which produced in-store fixtures for Clarion, Norelco and WalMart. Wiener moved to Florida where became the vice president of Manufacturing for Visual Scene Inc. From there he opened his own display factory and produced over one million in sales the first six months. This facility was sold to another display firm.
Wiener stated that a new computer package being installed now will assist in tighter inventory control and purchasing control and speed up the general business accounting process. All our divisions will be on line in real time in 1999. This combined with the improved factory and labor management will contribute to the company's bottom line and future expansion efforts.
