I believe yesterday's news is just the beginning for this company. They are making money and I believe with the recent management change will be able to focus on developing new product lines and markets. I believe this release has the most impact below. Management is very key in corporations. I have a feeling other investors are watching this LTGLD and seeing if it will stay in this price area or not.

POMPANO BEACH, FLA. (Jan. 15) BUSINESS WIRE -Jan. 15, 1999--Liteglow Industries Inc. (OTC
BB:LTGLD), Friday announced the appointment of Lou Wiener, as chief operating officer for the company.

President and CEO Spencer Krumholz, stated: "With the combined operations of our recently acquired wholly
owned subsidiaries Low Glow and B&B Associates, Mr. Wiener will be taking over the responsibility for the day
to day operations, which will allow me and the rest of the management team to focus on generating new
revenue and maintaining existing accounts."

Wiener headed up his own graphic and industrial design firm in New York City for over 25 years. During this
time he created the PAAS Halloween Make Up Program for Shearing Plough Corp. which has continued to
produce several million dollars in sales for the company. He also developed the package design for General
Electric's Zoom Hair Blower line. He produced all the packaging, catalogs and trade shows for Matchbox Toys
from 1974 through 1981. General Foods, Pepsi Cola, Home Care Products and Interdynamics Inc. were among
other national accounts which Wiener serviced. He became COO for the Madison Triboro Group Inc. where he
designed and built a 50,000 square foot factory which produced in-store fixtures for Clarion, Norelco and
WalMart. Wiener moved to Florida where became the vice president of Manufacturing for Visual Scene Inc.
From there he opened his own display factory and produced over one million in sales the first six months. This
facility was sold to another display firm.

Wiener stated that a new computer package being installed now will assist in tighter inventory control and
purchasing control and speed up the general business accounting process. All our divisions will be on line in real
time in 1999. This combined with the improved factory and labor management will contribute to the
company's bottom line and future expansion efforts. We are looking for a very solid year going into the next
millennium.
