Krause, President and CEO of Sara Hallitex Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: SHAL - news), Mr. Krause also confirmed that the Company anticipates that it will commence trading under its new name, Web Capital Group, Inc. and new trading symbol effective the week of December 20, 1999. The Company is awaiting imminent issuance of its new symbol from the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD), to be announced soon.
