Jim, if they did release those announcements it would be like shooting blanks IMO. As you said, the last release didn't do anything. The market is killing everything that doesn't have earnings lately. The only thing doing somewhat well is the S&P 500. I am starting to read the action as a potential market top. Having said that, an announcement that everyone in the compassionate use trial was cured would be a different story. I think it's going to take something like that to get the stock moving again.
