I personally have no reason not to believe that there are agents and operatives of other countries - Iraq, et al - in the U.S., although I'm quite skeptical that (at least in this case) they'd deal with such small potato, low payoff projects as inciting peace demonstrations. Not to mention the fact that the apparent source of the information, the Iraqi opposition, has as much of an axe to grind as Saddam's Ba'athists do.

That said, what makes the article seem unbelievable?
