This is exactly why I like ZD here. We know what happened to CNET last week when NBC announce that they would be joining CNET. ZD will be next. At 13 5/8 ZD is below the IPO opening price of 18. Their IPO had bad timing.

CNet and ZD are direct competitors. In fact they despise each other. I have worked with both of their staffs and have to say that even the mention of ZDNet to CNet makes them cringe. Both are great companies, but ZD is way undervalued in comparison. NBC was buying up some Cnet last week and that added to the difference, but ZD will catch up when they post 2-3 quarters of beating estimates.
