Sounds like the Paul Harvey, but I checked out Dick Lamm and I know what Obama Nation did.

I don't think Lamm was kidding. He thought he could mock VDH for being onto the plan early.

It's like a Rush Limbaugh skit - being absurd to illustrate absurdity... except this guy, Lamm, apparently believed it was a good and necessary thing for "reform". Sounds like a WEF guy I listened to, Yuval Noah Harari. So honest and upfront with "the plan" that you can't even believe it.
