Mother of all rollbacks Upon rethink I think that the more likely route would be conversion now and then a roll back of up to 12 to one for the total amount and then the financing. Anyhow, or any which way one things is for sure it should be coming real soon and it will be to the benefit of JR and Stern and their second rate paper churners from Sarasota, Florida. The stock may be a buy when they restructure and lower it for the financing and put something sexy into it. For now the deal is an overpriced shell of fat lard. But a tight stock structure is JR's goal. He needs a score real bad. They will have to file all their missing quarters and annual. IT promises to make interesting bed time reading.
