Puerto Peñasco has legs... Friends of ours bought a place there 30 years ago and we have visited a few times through the years. They recently sold it. Because of the cooler temps, lower costs, many from Arizona go there regularily and Rocky Pointe is heavily marketed in Tucson and Phoenix. An easy drive. People will do well there over the long run.
