Eve,

You bring up an interesting problem for Apple_getting past the legions of IS managers and consultants who feed off the chaos in the PC world. They have a vested interest in maintaining the status quo, no matter the costs to the businesses they support. Being needed fulfills a psychological need no doubt. It's also very profitable.

Anyway, for Apple to make any serious inroads into the PC market share of business desktops, it will have to convince at least some of these influential people to put some of their bretheren out of work. Tough sell don't you think?
